A happy new year to all our regular followers and may 2017 be a bumper year for radiography research
Although each new year is heralded with cries of “out with the old”, we can’t let 2016 pass without a nod to our final few weeks of publication success.
Joanne Coward had an article entitled “A review of the issues surrounding incidental findings on CT attenuation correction (CTAC) images during SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging” published in the online journal Diagnostic Imaging Europe. You can find it on page 53 of the Nov 2016 edition here https://issuu.com/fido7777/docs/dieurope_november_2016 :
Rob Higgins, Peter Hogg and myself have had a reflective report of our RiTe learning activity published in Radiography. It’s entitled “Constructive alignment of a research-informed teaching activity within an undergraduate diagnostic radiography curriculum: A reflection”. If you subscribe to Radiography you can access the full article online, if not you can read the abstract here: http://www.radiographyonline.com/article/S1078-8174(16)30115-8/abstract
BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography graduate, Elaine Sully and her supervisor, Fred Murphy, had an article published in Decembers Imaging and Therapy Practice. The article was entitled “Researching for a more positive experience”. You can only access this if you’re a member of the Society of Radiographers but here’s a quick screen shot.
